The whole story in a nutshell

We booked a Comfort Twin Room for 2 nights and while it had comfortable beds, the peculiar bathroom design with a glass panel disrupted privacy. Convenient location near bus stops helped us reach the city center easily. Breakfast was decent but priced high. Overall, a budget-friendly stay with friendly staff but in need of updates.

torn tulle

worst experience ever! first, the staff was completely indifferent, leaving me standing there without any care. and don't get me started on the torn tulle in the room! i also expected some royal treatment, maybe an upgrade due to all the waiting, but of course, that was too much to ask. no star treatment here!

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby hiking trails. The spacious room allowed us to relax comfortably after our day out. The staff was exceptionally helpful, offering to print our train tickets when we needed them.

My wife says that the breakfast could use more variety.

The staff at the hotel were accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was big and clean, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic city view from my room, which was a delightful bonus. Breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruits and cereals, which made for a pleasant start to my day.

The air conditioning did not function for two days, which was quite inconvenient.

Had such a fantastic stay here! The room was very spacious and quiet, which was perfect for my sound sensitivity. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when providing transport routes and bus times, and the breakfast was really good with lots of options. Not to mention, it was super close to the bus station for quick access to central Salzburg!

Parking fee was a bit high.
